About T-Bol:
Turinabol is kind of the Cold War’s secret weapon in the gym. It was cooked up in East Germany in the 1960s by a pharmaceutical company called Jenapharm, not for curing diseases, but for turning athletes into medal earning machines. The government had this covert doping program (State Plan 14.25) where thousands of athletes, some just kids, were given Tbol under the guise of “vitamins” and it was quite effective to say the least.
Chemically, it’s a tweaked version of Dianabol, but with a chlorine atom slapped on to reduce estrogenic side effects like bloating and water retention. That made it perfect for building lean muscle and strength without the puffiness. It doesn’t convert to estrogen, so users could bulk up without looking like they swallowed a water balloon.
Fast forward to current times, and Tbol has found a second life in bodybuilding and gym enthusiast circles. It’s known for giving “dry gains” (more aesthetic than Dbol) and a steady boost in performance. But it’s not all sunshine and six-packs. It’s still an oral steroid, so liver toxicity is a factor which is why it’s not recommended to be taken longer than 2 to 3 months at a time with an equivalent break in between.

Bodybuilding: 60 – 80 mg/day for 8-12 weeks
Male: 20 – 40 mg/day for 6-8 weeks
Female: 2.5 – 5 mg/day for 6 weeks
